This program is designed to get away from your busy everyday life and connect back to nature and oneself.
Friday evening before dinner join fellow group members for social time and appetizers. That evening the group will have the opportunity to meet and go on a short walk to the pond to get to know each other and the area.
Saturday morning wake up with the sunrise with some morning yoga instruction. Then after a hearty breakfast go on a hike with AMC Registered Maine Guides. After the hike there will be time to relax, sauna, stretch and get ready for a delicious meal at 6pm. After dinner enjoy a relaxing evening around the campfire socializing and stargazing. Sunday morning before departing enjoy a short paddle around the pond with more yoga instruction to end our weekend of relaxation and outdoor activities.
All guests are lodged in the bunkhouse or private rustic cabins with capacities ranging from two to twelve people. All cabins contain wood stoves, gas lights and beds. Bedding is not provided in the bunkhouse. Hearty breakfasts and dinners are served family style each morning and evening in the lodge dining room. Each morning lodge staff prepares trail lunches for each participant that are available after breakfast. Rates Include Lodging, meals, guided activities. Higher rates apply for private cabin options.
