Turning Page Farm
March 14th is Pi Day — a day the math world celebrates the number π (3.14…), and the rest of us use as a perfectly good excuse to eat pie. We’re firmly in the second camp. This Pi Day, we’re beyond excited to introduce something brand new to the Turning Page Farm menu: Homemade Strawberry Rhubarb Hand Pies. And yes, they are as amazing as they sound. There’s something wonderfully old-fashioned about a hand pie — that perfect, portable little pastry that fits right in your hands and delivers a warm, fruity, flaky bite every single time. Strawberry and rhubarb is a classic pairing for a reason. The tartness of the rhubarb plays beautifully against the sweetness of the strawberry, and tucked inside a golden, homemade crust — well, let’s just say you may want to order two. Come in this weekend and be among the first to try them. We’d love to know what you think. And this is just the beginning. Look for more fruity flavors making their way onto the menu as summer rolls in — we have some delicious ideas in the works. Stop in and claim your spot on our heated bench — the coziest seat in Monson — order a pint and treat yourself to a hand pie. You’ve earned it.
Also, we’re so excited to introduce our newest menu item: Baked Feta, Sundried Tomato & Pesto Dip, served warm with pita chips. It’s the kind of dish that makes a pint taste even better — rich, savory, and made with feta crafted right here on our farm. One bite and you’ll understand exactly what makes a farm brewery different from everywhere else.
