The 5th Annual Moosehead Lake Pirate Festival @ Galleria Gardella

Join Galleria Gardella for 3 days of Pirate fun, Hunt for treasure, Dress like a pirate, Build a pirate ship and Win some prizes. Visit Galleria Gardella at 7 Washington St. in Greenville, Me. for more information. The festival runs from August 20th to August 22nd.

New this year: Pirate Village or Model Pirate Ship Competition: Drop off your handmade pirate village, house, or ship on Thursday, August 20th, from 12- 5 pm to enter the contest. You win by People’s choice voting, which happens on Friday & Saturday. Winners announced Sunday morning.

Today after all the festivities at the shop are done Join the fun on the Steamship Katahdin as she sails the southern shores of Moosehead Lake with a boat full of Pirates. Enjoy live music provided by PAPA TIM & The Whiskey Throttle Band, food & drinks provided, and a cash bar. Dress like a Pirate, enter the costume contest, and bring some friends to join your crew to plunder the seven seas.
