Perseids, Crescent Moon, Deep Space
2026 Perseid Meteor is predicted to be exceptional — the peak was the night of the 12th, but we should still see many meteors following an early crescent moon. And you will enjoy some of Summer’s finest deep space objects.
Arrive at the observatory by 8:45 pm. Observing will last about 2 hours. Feel free to leave earlier with young children. The enthusiasts are welcome to stay later.
