On Saturday, April 18th, I’m opening the doors to Northwoods Farmhouse for an intimate retreat designed to be joyful, grounding, creative, and deeply uplifting.
The day begins with coffee and pastries at 7:30, followed by stretch yoga at 8:15. Guests will then rotate through half-hour sessions of spiritual healing and deep tissue massage, while also joining me in the kitchen for a hands-on cooking class — aprons on, learning, tasting, and creating together.
At 1:00 we gather for a beautiful buffet lunch.
In the afternoon we move into a nature-inspired art class, and the day closes with cocktail hour and Neapolitan pizza, where everyone will make their own pies with me guiding the process.
This retreat is intentionally small and special — only 8 spots available.
Whether you’re local or coming from away, you’re welcome. The farmhouse can host 4–6 overnight guests, while others may join us for the full day retreat.
A day designed for connection, creativity, nourishment, and fun.
