Please join us Oct 3rd 4-6 PM at the Monson Gallery Store as we feature Monson artist TRACEY PADRON. Trapped in Illinois since birth, Tracey escaped to Guilford, Maine December 31, 2020 by buying a house sight unseen because it had a barn. Always expecting to be an artist, she discovered a love for mark-making early, and through many careers, drawing and painting never ceased. After raising a family, renovating a house twice, and being widowed once, the dream of having a studio in a barn was finally realized. Now… begins her artistic exploration of Maine

For our tasting this month we will be featuring wine from California Wine Maker J. Lohr. Our White selection this Month will be PAPERWHITE UNOAKED CHARDONNAY. This is a lighter, elegant, fruit-forward style that is equally at home enjoying with friends or partnering with a wide range of cuisines. And. of course. it’s Certified California Sustainable. We will also be tasting PASO ROBLES MERLOT Classic Merlot aromas and flavors of plum, currant, and violet are elevated by a light barrel signature of baking spices and toasted pastry. The addition of Malbec contributes notes of pomegranate and hibiscus; Cabernet Franc adds layers of cocoa and peppery spice. The wine’s mouthwatering palate transitions to a lingering black cherry finish.
