All season long, our Farm to Table Dinners on the second Friday of the month have been some of our favorite nights here at Turning Page Farm — and we’ve saved something special for the finale. Join us Friday, September 11th at 5:00 PM for our last Farm to Table Dinner of the year. We still have a few seats left, and we’d love for you to be one of them.
This dinner is built around our Farmhouse Red Ale, and every course is designed to bring out the best in it.
The Menu
Starter: Shaved Brussels sprouts salad with tart dried cranberries and a rich, tangy blue cheese dressing
Soup: Velvety roasted cauliflower soup, creamy and deeply comforting
Main Course: Tender beef tips over a silky root vegetable mash
Dessert: Warm Maine mixed berry cobbler, bursting with the last sweet berries of summer
As always, we do our best to source locally, using farms we know and trust. This dinner features produce from Ripley Organic Farm and Stutzman Farm, Herring Brothers’ local beef, and beef from Beem Farm, along with grain for our beer from Maine Malt House / Buck Family Farms. It’s a true celebration of what this region grows and raises, brought together on one plate.
Seats are $50 per person, and space is limited — reserve yours before they’re gone.
