Sanders arrived in Greenville to apprentice in a general store for $50 a year, he could not have imagined what he was starting. For 125 years, four generations of the Sanders family ran one of the most storied businesses in the Moosehead region — outfitting loggers, sportsmen, and famous visitors alike. Join members of the Sanders family as we trace this remarkable story from D.T.’s arrival in the 1850s through the sale of the store in 1981. |
