5 DAY Adult Only Trip (18+) ALLAGASH WILDERNESS WATERWAY — CHURCHILL DAM and EAGLE LAKE to ALLAGASH VILLAGE:
Our 5 day Allagash trip skips the headwater lakes and starts at Churchill dam. After some paddling instruction and practice we get right into the trip with Class II whitewater of Chase Rapids! Followed are the lower lakes, meandering river and water levels permitting, beautiful Allagash Falls. See Maines’ wildlife in their natural surroundings, beautiful sunsets, and campsites on Maine’s premier canoeing adventure trip! Fall trips features cooler weather, shorter days, less bugs and people on the river! Later trip will encounter more fall foliage.
