Scarecrows can be made from any materials, as long as they are non-flammable and appropriate!
Maximum height: 6 feet.
Must be able to sit or stand on its own.
 Judging & Prizes
Judging will be community-based — each scarecrow will receive a number for voting.
Winners announced: October 19 at 4 p.m.
Prizes: 1st & 2nd place gifts in each age group.
All scarecrows will be on display October 17–19
